This app is distributed as Smart Diary on Google Play (Android) and as Schedule365 on the Apple App Store (iOS). Both are the same application, operated by Northwind Apps, and are covered by this single policy. Throughout this document, "the app" refers to both.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Information Handling (Local Storage)

The app is designed to prioritize user privacy. All user-generated content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

• Calendar Data: All event titles, descriptions, and times are stored only on your device.
• Photos: When you use the camera to attach a photo to an event, the image file is stored locally. We do not access or collect your photos.
• Audio Recordings: When you record a voice memo, the audio file is stored locally. We do not access or collect your recordings.

2. Permissions

To provide its core features, the app requests access to the following:

• Camera: To allow you to take and attach photos to events.
• Microphone: To allow you to record audio memos for events.
• Storage: To save and load your event data and media files on your device.

These permissions are used solely for the functionality of the app on your device.

3. Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
• IP address
• App interaction data
• Diagnostics and crash information

4. Data Security

All data transmitted by third-party services such as AdMob is encrypted using secure HTTPS connections. Local data is managed by the app's internal storage system.

5. Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since all media data remains on the device, we do not have access to any content created by users.
